Absolutely nothing
I checked in online, wait time was 2 hours. I arrived exactly on time, checked in, and I see my name up on the board with a 20 minute wait time. This is fine, it’s Sunday, things run late. I take a short walk and come back as soon as I get a text that says the estimated time is 10 minutes, coming back early just in case. When I come in, my name isn’t on the waiting list anymore and I’m told that the system deletes people when they arrive late (wasn’t the case) and I’m told (not even asked politely) to check in AGAIN and wait AGAIN. This is ridiculous and outrageous!!! I will never return and will actively talk shit about this place for wasting my time. Now, hours later I get an email asking for a review? Are you kidding?!?! I need a 0 star option, 1 star is too much
