First time at Sports clips and saw a sign that there wss no waiting. Then I checked in and was told the waiting time was 45 minutes. This was too long so I left without getting a hair cut.I went to Supercuts and was served right away.

I did not remember her name to request her as my hair stylist, but was very happy to hear Melissa would be cutting my hair. She is always super quick to cut my hair (I dont like getting hair cuts and want it does quickly, but professionally like Melissa!) and knows exactly how I like it. She is friendly and I wont forget her name next time, thank you!

Becca is an excellent stylist in every respect. She is extremely friendly, listens closely to my requests, has fantastic attention to detail, and works efficiently. I have never had a negative experience or outcome when in her chair.
I am also grateful for her quality as a store manager. When I have expressed concerns in the past (with cuts from other stylists), they have been addressed directly and - from my perspective - appropriately.
