Usually a great cut and polite professional stylist
Never seen a stylist wash their hands after touching their own hair, personal items and the computer mouse and keyboard. Then often rest fingers on my face for stability during the cut. That i dont appreciate.

Though I’ve been going to Sportclips for about six years now, I’ve never stopped in for a neck trim. Did so today and it was another great experience. Waited maybe five minutes and my stylist, Dana, took care of me with professional efficiency and a friendly engaging demeanor. Thanks again for the excellent service!

THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY RELATED TO THE NEW ONLINE CHECK IN PROCESS. The browser based version is incomplete and either poorly tested or not tested. The old version gave me a confirmation and expected arrival time. The new one does not, despite raising no error messages, and the store had no record of my online check-in. Staff at the location were great, I have no issues with them. This is strictly a SportsClips Corporate issue. The new online checkin is VERY CUSTOMER HOSTILE, and is an attempt to actualize a Business Prevention strategy. You can't go back to the old solution fast enough.
