Victoria is very engaging and a good listener. She is also thorough and very polite.
First time at this location. I will come back again.
I saw several negative reviews on line. Almost did not show up, but had to try it. I used to go to the Redmond location, but unfortunately, my favorite hairdresser took another job..
Victoria will be doing my haircuts from now on.

My husband and I came in towards closing and had a short wait. Claire finished up her client and started on my husband’s hair. She did a great job and my husband was happy with his cut. However, her coworker was stalling and obviously cutting her client’s hair extremely slowly so she didn’t have to take any more appointments. Claire also cut my hair, did a great job, and was very friendly- she also got 3 client’s haircuts done in the duration it took the other stylist to “finish up”, in which she was practically just combing the kid’s hair for 40 minutes. Claire was the MVP.

Place was clean, check in easy.
Stylist appeared to be in a very big hurry and as a consequence did not pay attention to detail. This was not the great experience i have had with all other stylists at Sports Clips. I would rate the haircut it self at 5 out of 10.

Amy has done a great job picking a hairstyle for me that I had no idea to choose for my very first job interview. When she was done with me, she did a pretty nice job. Would recommend!
