Why would you sell season pass when you do not want to honor them? My season pass was discarded by manager Renee. She said owner have changed so I do not have your system pass. This is such a bullshit. If anyone care of some customer experience call me on my number 425-615-8838.

Stylist did not listen to what I want, had to ask for additional length off multiple times. Probably the worst I've felt about a haircut in a long time. During the shampoo, my ear was flooded twice. I was scalded once with the water. There was no pressure or effort put into the MVP scalp massage.

Absolutely horrible experience. My wife took my son to this store for a haircut. The stylist Dana cut my son's neck when using the clipper resulting in scraped skin and blood. I went in to check on my son, and asked Dana what happened. She told me to talk to another person, who outright lied to me that the blood is from a pimple and that it existed when we came in to the store. I explained to her that it cannot be a pimple, and we as parents know what our son had, she started becoming defensive. She said we have to make sure the kid doesn't keep moving (my son didn't move) and that I can take my son somewhere else. I've never seen such a behavior from anyone in my 16 years in the US, so we left.
If you make a mistake, own it. All I wanted to know was what happened. If Dana had owned her mistake, and applied an antiseptic on my son, this episode would have been avoided. Instead, she and her manager(?) decided to lie and put the blame on me and my son. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hope this doesn't happen to any other kid or their parents.
