The computer system didn’t work and made me pay the most expensive amount when we didn’t even get a wash.

Used Sports Clips all the time for my haircuts. Now moved to Washington in Bellevue and used this one for the first time. Had a very poor experience, the barber could hardly understand anything i said to start with. The hair was cut very inconsistently, the front of my bangs were not even touched until i asked about it at the end. Little did i know once it dried off and i got home all of my hair was inconsistent. The side burns did not match up and the back is very patchy and lot of long stands of hair sticking out of the back or off sides of my ears. Need to get another haircut now due to how it is currently. Lastly, for wait time i was notified 15 minutes before my haircut and i showed up in 14 minutes, and then the monitor said i was not even for another 40 minutes and had to wait even longer for a disappointing haircut. Very upset with my experience here.

I told the stylist what I wanted, she was very difficult to understand (very little English). After she was done with the cut she started to take me back for a shampoo, I said this is not the haircut I asked for. I went on me phone and showed her the last haircut I had received, she said ok and started with the clips again, showed me with mirror and I said no it is not like the previous haircut, she used the scissors and took a little more off the top. I tried to explain that I part my hair on the right, I now have clippered sides, with long hair in the center slicked back. I would like a credit for this cut and I will not be going back to that stylist.

Unable to communicate. Did not get the haircut I simply asked for many times.

Thanh is the worst stylist ever! Even after telling her exactly what I wanted including keeping my sideburns longer, she cut them off without any hesitation. I have never been so unimpressed with someone cutting my hair.

I was charged 25 dollars for "Adult Triple Play". There was no steamed towel, or a massaging shampoo. All I got was a haircut. Why was a charged for "Adult Triple Play"

Been coming to this location for a while and was happy, this is the second time I had to choose Jody as a hair stylist because of the long lines, first time wasn't too bad, this time I had to go somewhere else to have them correct my haircut as she was getting worse and worse , I had to tell her to leave it as is. Would not make the same mistake again...
